I learned how to bring the two disparate skillsets (people truths and quanty tools) together to deliver value to organizations by helping Crescent City Schools start-up their third school, Leading Educators grow nationally, the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities grow into the largest humanities council in the country, KIPP roll-up the state of NC into one network, and 4.0 Schools build the foundations of a radically equitable organization.
